While it looks like some rubber gloves reaching for the fly, it’s actually an out of focus daisy. And while this wasp mimic fly looks quite confrontational, it is just preparing to get away from me. These hover flies are the easiest flies to shoot because they are slow and it takes them time to decide what to do and then do it.
And there was I thinking you wore bright yellow rubber gloves when you are out taking photos ;0)
