Sparrow (Four Photographs)

I did these in color and black and white and while I am most pleased with the black and white shots, there is always the question of whether it makes a photo just a bit too creative. I was happy to catch the small bird as I did and I preferred the detail I could get in black and white over that in color.
Wow! this is a really wonderful and intriguing image – it’s truly a great capture – given the difficulty of trying to photograph birds – but everything about it is amazing – the flight, the reflection, the colours – even in black and white – it is beautiful. 🙂
On that note, I’d like to ask: I’m one of several different “prompt hosts” over at a WP space called MindLoveMisery’s Menagerie – I host the Photo Challenge – on Tuesdays; basically my job is to search out interesting images and post them – and then who ever plays along has the opportunity to study them – and then create something, usually something written, a poem, a story, flash fiction etc. as inspired by the image, which they then share via ping backs and an alternate “link” system. Of course, all the images I’m searching for have to be “legit” – so that I can clear and directly offer full copyright to the respective owners.
All this being said, I was wondering if you would be interested in allowing me permission to use the “colour” image of the “swallow” – which I see now has been identified as Yellow-rumped warbler?
Of course the image would be posted on the site, with a direct link and credit back here – to the original post.
If you are interested, it would be wonderful – but if you’re not – that’s more than fine too.
If you’d like to see the prompt site in question, here’s a general link to the “home page” where all the different weekly prompts are listed; you can always check out the Tuesday photo challenge to get a feel for things.

And if you are willing – I’d be looking to set the image up as a prompt for some time in February.
thanks for your time – and once again – really delightful shot!

Thanks. I did get the name of the bird wrong, it’s a yellow-rumped warbler I am told.

These are difficult birds to shoot! They are so tiny. Well done! I think I like the color ones (no surprise).
