Black and White (Four Photographs)

These photos were almost monochrome as you can see from the color originals below. I decided to see what could be done with them in black and white. In my view the black and white versions are more interesting, more abstract and more “artistic”. Regardless of which version is preferred, color or black and white, the conversion has certainly changed the mood and tone of the photograph.
Hurray for black and white!

The b&w highlights the uber cool textures. But that green is gorgeous. The bokeh in the last shot is wonderful as well.
