Canadian Warbler (Five Photographs)

Who knew that Canada had its own warbler (and one that resembles Batman)? Walking along a path we met another photographer who pointed out the bird and said it had just been bathing in a stream. That explained the wild gyrations of the bird as it shook off the remaining water and why it did not immediately fly off. The majority of the warblers I have found were in dark spots where the light was filtered through leaves. You take your best shot and hope for the best (e.g. you try to address some of this in post-processing). In this case a levels adjustment in Photoshop helped. I was worried that the eyes were completely black but modest brightening improved things.
