Taking Things For Granted (Four Photographs)

I was going to call this post “edges” because that was the objective of the photos, to capture the edges of the flowering bush. After processing the color versions and working with a bit of blur effect, I decided to see if the images would be more striking in black and white. It made me think (and maybe I am speaking only for myself) that nature photographers can never take anything for granted. Nature dictates our opportunities to practice our craft, we never really know what we will see or if the results will turn out as hoped, adding to the adventure.

  2. Nature always surprises, I think we get addicted to that. I’m loving the color versions here, Victor!
