Fuji XT-2 More Comments (Four Photographs)

These are some color shots out of the XT-2. All of these were taken in B&W “Acros” in camera and then developed in different Fuji film simulations in Lightroom. The “what and how” does not matter as much as the flexibility the film simulations give you (albeit in this case interpreted by Adobe). I have found no discernible noise at ISO 400. Had I not shot at F7.1, the flowers’ background would have consisted of better bokeh. While this is not a formal review and endorsement, I have to say I like the XT-2. Choosing a camera is not easy. Read a lot of reviews, handle the camera in store if possible. The XT-2 will not replace my Nikon gear for most nature and landscape photography, it might for macro, but I will see. I wanted to focus more on B&W, street photography and on intimate landscapes. The focus options, film simulations, 24 megapixels and nice prime lenses will be a big help. As a last word, for every issue I found with the camera there has been a solution. The manual may not be the greatest thing ever written but it is very helpful.
Looks like a nice camera – I esp. like the middle two shots, which have great color contrast and interest.

I have been using an XT-1 for quite a while now, and just ordered an XT-2. Can’t wait!
