A Gaggle (Four Photographs)

There is a time before cute goslings turn into rambunctious juveniles that they run about, get tired and fall asleep just like kids. I saw this gaggle, hoping for one head to pop out and sure enough, more than one of them was fully awake and paid me some attention. I used a radial filter to darken the background and another to lighten the bird. The choice of color or black and white was made easier because there was no profusion of color. For the black and white I simply used an orange filter in Tonality Pro CK and that emphasized the gosling. I find the black and white shots a little more interesting.
